Most recently, I have managed the sales and marketing of a 41-unit Active Adult (55+) condominium community in Morris County from its inception, working closely with the developer to guide the project from groundbreaking to near sellout. Today, with just one unit remaining, the community stands as a testament to thoughtful planning, strategic marketing, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding results.
